Garlic & Herb Fillet Steak

Ingredients
- 2 Fillet Steaks
- 10ml Vegetables Oil
- 20ml Garlic & Herb Whirl

Method
Remove the fillet steaks from the fridge and allow to come up to room temperature before cooking.
Heat a large heavy based skillet/ griddle pan on the hob.
Lightly oil the outside of each fillet steak.
When the pan has heated up to a medium/ high heat place the fillet steaks in the pan.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on the first side then turn oven and reduce the heat to medium.
Cook again for 2-3 minutes until the desired texture has been achieved.
Put the Garlic & Herb Whirl into the griddle pan and baste each fillet steak with the Garlic & Herb Whirl.
Remove from the pan and allow the steak to rest for 3-4 minutes in a warm place before serving.
Season with salt and pepper at point of service.
