Very Gooey Triple Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients
- 120g Original Whirl Butter Alternative
- 40g water
- 150g self-raising flour
- 100g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- 200g golden caster sugar
- 100g soft brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp bicarb

Method
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Line a square baking tin with parchment paper
Heat Original Whirl Butter Alternative, water, instant coffee and both sugars gently over a low heat till the sugar has melted. Allow to cool slightly
Add the flour, bicarb and cocoa powder and mix well
Now add the eggs one at a time mixing well each time
Stir in the chocolate and quickly turn out into the baking tin
Bake for 20 minutes till set on top but still wobbly in the middle
Leave to cool in the tin for 20 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely
