Ingredients
- 2tbs Original Whirl Butter Alternative
- 2tbs Lion Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 2 cod loins 150-180g each
- 2tsp miso paste
- 2tsp soy sauce
- 2tsp lemon juice
- 2tsp grated fresh ginger

Method
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
Mix the Original Whirl Butter Alternative, Lion Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce, miso paste, soy sauce, lemon juice and fresh ginger all together in a small bowl.
Dip both the cod loins in the mixture and coat all sides.
Place the cod on two large pieces of parchment paper and spoon the remaining mixture over the top.
Fold the paper loosely around the cod and twist the ends to make the parcels airtight.
Place on a baking tray bake for 12-15 minutes depending on size.
