With no need to be clarified, melted, or reduced, Unsalted Whirl is ready to use. Unsalted Whirl doesn’t spit or scorch, curdle or split, and it blends quickly and easily with other ingredients. It also saves valuable fridge space and reduces waste, as it has a 12 month ambient shelf life, making it perfect for restaurants, caterers and wholesalers.
Whirl’s unsalted plant-based butter alternative has no added salt and is 82% lower in saturated fats, and higher in monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats than butter. This makes it a great healthy alternative for health-conscious customers and diners.
