Salt & Pepper Squid

Ingredients
- 100ml Original Whirl Butter Alternative
- 2tbs Garlic & Herb Whirl
- 100ml Lion Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 400g squid cut into strips
- 120g corn flour
- 2tsp cracked black pepper
- 2tsp sea salt
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped

Method
Mix together the cornflour, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Add the squid slices and coat well in the mix.
Heat 100ml Original Whirl Butter Alternative in a large frying pan over a medium to high heat.
Add half the coated squid and fry for 1.5 minutes before adding 2tbs of Garlic & Herb Whirl to coat the squid. Warm through.
Remove the cooked squid and turn out on to kitchen roll to drain.
Fry the remaining squid in the same way.
To finish garnish the squid with the chopped spring onion and chilli and some extra salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Serve with some Lion Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce.
