Garlic & Herb Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
- 6 Deboned chicken thighs
- 40ml Whirl Garlic and Herb
- 2 Wooden skewers
Products Used: Garlic & Herb Whirl
Method
Cut the chicken thighs into 2cm chunks.
Place the cut chicken thighs into a glass bowl and mix through 30ml of Garlic & Herb Whirl (reserving some for basting through cooking).
Allow to marinade in the fridge for a least 4 hours, preferably over night.
Soak the wooden skewers in water.
Thread the chicken thigh chunks onto the wooden skewers.
Preheat the grill or a griddle pan to a medium heat and cook the skewers until the chicken thighs are cooked throughout.
During cooking, use the reserved Whirl to baste the chicken if required. Sprinkle with chopped parsley to serve.
