Garlic, Tomato & Cheese Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 Pizza Base (fresh or part baked)
- 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1 Large Tomato
- 1 tsp Chopped Oregano
- 1 Large Buffalo Mozzarella
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic & Herb Whirl
- Handful of Fresh Rocket
- Salt and Pepper

Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl mix the tomato puree with the chopped oregano.
Skin the tomato, then remove the seeds and add to the tomato puree.
Chop the tomato and add to the bowl.
Mix together and season with a little salt and pepper.
Speak the tomato sauce over the pizza base, leaving a gap around the edges.
Slice the Buffalo Mozzarella into thin slices and place on top of the tomato sauce.
Drizzle the Garlic & Herb Whirl on the pizza and scatter over the cheese.
Bake in the oven until the dough is fully cooked and the cheese melted. Top with fresh rocket and serve.
