Super Heavy Duty Oil

Prep Ultra is a super heavy duty frying oil, produced from a specialist blend of high oleic sunflower oil, rapeseed oil and high-performance rapeseed oil.

Stable at high temperatures, it is an ideal choice for the busiest commercial setting, where a range of food is being fried at every service. It is semi-liquid when stored at room temperature and is easy to store, pour and filter. It can be used in gas or electric fryers.

Prep Ultra oil is a robust blend of high oleic sunflower, rapeseed, and high-performance rapeseed oil. High in monounsaturated fat and low in saturated fatty acids, high oleic sunflower oil offers the longest fry life of any liquid oil. Rich in omega 3, 6 and 9, rapeseed oils are also stable at high temperature and resistant to oxidation.
