Prep Multi is made from rapeseed oil, which has a uniquely low content of saturated fatty acids, and a high content of monounsaturated fatty acids – which are thought to be good for you. It is also a rich source of omega 3, 6 and 9. Stable at high temperature, it’s a great choice for light duty frying.
