Prep Oil Multi Use Filter

This light duty frying oil is perfect for frying a variety of foods once a week, or just chips more frequently. Fully liquid, Prep Multi is easy to keep, use and maintain. This light duty frying oil is perfect for wholesalers, and it is suitable for both gas and electric fryers.
HOW TO FILTER
You can filter your oil either at the end of a shift or at the beginning of the day. If you are filtering after a shift, always remember to plan ahead and turn off the fryer at least 45 minutes to an hour before filtering, allowing the oil to cool. However, if you are filtering first thing, you will need to warm your oil to make it easier and quicker to filter. Make sure that the oil is at the optimum temperature: 40C is ideal.
Once the oil has reached the correct temperature, (use a temperature thermometer if necessary) carefully drain it into a suitable metal holding or heat-resistant hard plastic container. The container will need carrying handles and a cover or lid to reduce the risk of spillages. Also, make sure that the container is empty and big enough to take the volume of oil being drained, using your original Prep tubs is ideal.
