  • 1LT Milk
  • 100g Original Whirl
  • 100g Flour

Products Used: Original Whirl

Whirl butter


  1. Melt the Original Whirl in a thick bottom pan.

  2. Add the flour & mix in.

  3. Cook for a few minutes over a gentle heat without colouring.

  4. Gradually add pre-warmed milk & slowly add the milk.

  5. Remove from the heat & strain.

  6. Add a little layer of oil on the top to stop a skin forming.
