Method
Melt the Original Whirl in a thick bottom pan.
Add the flour & mix in.
Cook for a few minutes over a gentle heat without colouring.
Gradually add pre-warmed milk & slowly add the milk.
Remove from the heat & strain.
Add a little layer of oil on the top to stop a skin forming.
