Heat 2tbs of Original Whirl in a large skillet and sauté the onion for 5 minutes on a low to medium heat to soften, add the sage half way through.
Add another 2tbs Original Whirl along with the sliced potatoes and cook for a further 5 minutes on medium to high heat, stirring gently until they start to turn golden.
Season with salt and pepper, add the sprouts, sauté for a further 10 minutes until golden and crisp (stirring occasionally). Add the chestnuts half way through. You may need a little extra Original Whirl Butter Alternative at this stage.
Finish off with chopped sage as a garnish.
Top Tip: This is a great recipe for using up leftover boiled potatoes or skin on baby potatoes - if they are fully cooked they don’t need to be fried as long as the parboiled ones.
