Ingredients
- 2tsp Original Whirl
- 4 large eggs beaten
- 2 avocados smashed
- 1 beef tomato sliced
- 2 oven bottom muffins
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Products Used: Original Whirl

Method
Toast the muffins and brush with a little Original Whirl, top with the smashed avocados and 2 slices of tomato.
Heat the Original Whirl in a pan over a low heat, add the eggs and a little salt and pepper, and stir constantly until the egg starts to set.
Once the desired consistency is reached, spoon over the muffin and avocado.
