Ingredients

  • 200g Raw fresh tiger prawns
  • 3 tbsp. Garlic & Herb Whirl
  • 2 slices ciabatta bread
  • Chopped flatleaf parsley

Method

  1. Heat a shallow frying pan and add 1 tbsp. of Garlic & Herb Whirl.

  2. Add the raw tiger prawns to the pan and cook until almost ready.

  3. Lightly brush the ciabatta bread with oil.

  4. Heat a griddle pan on a high heat and grill the ciabatta bread on each side.

  5. While the bread is toasting add the final 2 tbsp. of Garlic & Herb Whirl to the pan and finish cooking the prawns.

  6. Pile the prawns on top of the ciabatta bread and finish with chopped parsley.
