Sautéed Garlic & Herb Tiger Prawns with Chargrilled Ciabatta

Ingredients
- 200g Raw fresh tiger prawns
- 3 tbsp. Garlic & Herb Whirl
- 2 slices ciabatta bread
- Chopped flatleaf parsley

Method
Heat a shallow frying pan and add 1 tbsp. of Garlic & Herb Whirl.
Add the raw tiger prawns to the pan and cook until almost ready.
Lightly brush the ciabatta bread with oil.
Heat a griddle pan on a high heat and grill the ciabatta bread on each side.
While the bread is toasting add the final 2 tbsp. of Garlic & Herb Whirl to the pan and finish cooking the prawns.
Pile the prawns on top of the ciabatta bread and finish with chopped parsley.
