Ingredients
- 3tsp Whirl Butter Alternative Salted
- 2tsp fresh sage thinly sliced
- 1 pack gnocchi (vegan, GF)
- 4tbs sweet drop peppers
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
- Toasted almonds, pine nuts or walnuts
Products Used: Original Whirl

Method
Boil the gnocchi as per pack instructions and drain.
Heat the Whirl Butter Alternative over medium heat, add the cooked gnocchi, fry for a few minutes on each side until golden in colour and crisp.
Add the sage and the sweet drop peppers to warm through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with a garnish of toasted pine nuts, almonds or walnuts.
