Ingredients
- 8tsp Whirl Butter Alternative Salted
- 4 corn on the cobs
- 4 sheets of foil
- Fresh chopped parsley to garnish
Products Used: Original Whirl
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
Brush each of the cobs with 2tsp of Whirl Butter Alternative and place on separate sheets of foil.
Fold the edges together to make a loose parcel and twist the ends to make it air tight.
Bake in the hot oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven, open gently to allow the steam to escape, and serve with a sprinkle of fresh chopped parsley.
