Heat the toasty grill.
Brush the outer side of the sourdough bread with Whirl Butter Alternative and spread the inner side with the pizza sauce.
Top with the 2 cheeses, cherry tomatoes and basil leaves fold together place in the toasty grill for about 4-6 minutes depending heat output.
It is ready when brown and crisp with the cheese oozing out.
