Ingredients

  • 600ml Almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • Whirl Sweetened Whipping Cream Alternative

Method

  1. Bring the soya milk, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla extract, cinnamon and cayenne pepper to a simmer in a saucepan over medium-high heat.

  2. Remove from the heat and whisk until frothy.

  3. Pour hot chocolate into glass and top with Whirl Sweetened Whipping Cream Alternative.

  4. Serve immediately.
