  • 20ml Original Whirl
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 3 large potatoes peeled, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 lbs cod fillets cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 100ml Fish Stock
  • 200ml double cream

Products Used: Original Whirl

Whirl butter


  1. Boil potatoes.

  2. Sauté onions in Original Whirl until soft.

  3. Add fish pieces and stock - season well.

  4. Mash potato with paprika and more Original Whirl.

  5. Add double cream and mash potato to fish and onion mixture.

  6. Combine together and ensure is piping hot through.
