Ingredients
- 200g wild mushrooms
- 30ml Garlic & Herb Whirl
- 1 part-baked baguette
- Salt and pepper to season
- 2tbsp Garlic & Herb Whirl (to brush on crostini)
Products Used: Garlic & Herb Whirl

Method
Slice baguette into thin slices and arrange on a baking tray. Brush with Garlic & Herb Whirl
Bake at 170°C for 8 minutes until crisp.
Dice the mushrooms and sauté in Whirl until soft.
Season and spoon onto the crostini.
