Cherilynn Whitehouse, Senior Marketing Manager for AAK Foodservice US, said:

"Early feedback from our customers on Ex-Seed Golden Sun High Performance Oil has been excellent. In addition to its long life, they are impressed by the fact that foods fried in Golden Sun 'taste cleaner - the way a product is supposed to taste'. Others are impressed that there is no transfer of flavors. It's a great start for a product which we know will be a big hit."

Both Ex-Seed Golden Sun and Ex-Seed Original are available in 35lb recyclable packaging. Ex-Seed Original is a blend of canola, cottonseed and/or soybean, palm and hydrogenated soy bean. It is a super heavy frying shortening for the most demanding of applications.

*Typical values verified against laboratory OSI tests at 120˚C to bring oil to discard point. Source AAK International
