We operate an edible oils refinery and multi-factory manufacturing facility at our site in Karlshamn, Sweden. Here, our oils and fats expertise, understanding of food applications, wide range of raw materials and broad process capacity, from crushing and refining to blending and packing, enable us to deliver value-adding vegetable oil solutions to customers in many sectors.
Swedish-grown rapeseed is an important raw material, and many other vegetable oils are shipped directly to our factory in Karlshamn from cultivator countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and America.
We also produce high-performance oils for our Prep and Rapsona brands, together with butter alternatives, shortenings and private label products. The Nordic region is an important domestic market for our Karlshamn facility, while special products are exported worldwide.
In addition to foodservice solutions, we co-develop ingredients and products for customers in many sectors including chocolate and confectionery, bakery, dairy, plant-based foods, baby food and cosmetics. Much of this work begins in our modern Customer Innovation Centre.
