Trio of bangers and leek mash

- 0.5L Lion Onion Gravy
- Half an onion, chopped
- 75g + 2tbs Original Whirl Butter Alternative
- 6 butcher style sausages in 3 different flavours
- 500g potatoes
- 2 leeks chopped
- 100g Lion Apple Sauce
- Sea salt and black pepper
Heat 2tbs of Original Whirl Butter Alternative in a skillet and fry the sausages over low to medium heat till the sausages are evenly browned on each side and cooked through set to one side.
Now sauté the leeks in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes to soften season with a little salt and pepper as required.
Chop and caramelise the onion. Mix up the Lion Onion Gravy granules with boiling water until desired consistency. Stir in the onions.
Meanwhile boil the potatoes to soften drain and using a masher break the potatoes up add the 75g of Original Whirl Butter Alternative and the leeks season with more pepper if needed mix well.
Place the mash on a plate top with the trio of sausages and pour over some Lion Onion Gravy.
Serve with some Lion Apple Sauce and Whirl Roasted Brussel Sprouts.
