Steak Canadian, Caramelised Onion, Mushroom & Blue Cheese Sourdough Toasty

- 4 tablespoons of Lion Blue Cheese Dressing
- 2tbs Whirl butter alternative
- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- 1 sliced onion
- 60g sliced mushrooms
- 4 steak Canadians
- 40g blue cheese
Heat half the Whirl in a frying pan and pan-fry the sliced onions on medium heat for around 8-10 minutes until softened and caramelised. Set to one side.
In a separate frying pan heat the remaining Whirl and pan fry the mushrooms on medium to high until golden brown. Set to one side.
Pan fry the steak for 1 minute on each side.
Spread one side of each of the sourdough bread with the Lion Blue Cheese Dressing.
Heat a griddle pan over medium to high heat. Place 2 of the slices of sourdough dressing side down on the griddle pan, then top with the steak, onions, mushrooms and blue cheese. Finally top with the second slice of sourdough. Fry for about 3 minutes until crisp and brown, flip and fry the second side for a further 2-3 minutes util crisp and brown.
