Roast Honey & Mustard Potatoes

- 100g Honey and Mustard dressing plus extra for drizzling
- 1.2kg potatoes peeled cut into quarters
- 4tbs Whirl butter alternative
- 2tbs fresh or dried rosemary
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
Place the potatoes in a pan of salted boiling water and simmer for 15 minutes. Drain and shake a little to break the outer edge of the potato.
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 and heat the Whirl butter alternative in a baking tray.
Put the potatoes in the hot Whirl and coat well. Season with rosemary, salt and pepper.
Bake for around 20 minutes, then turn the potatoes. Bake for a further 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, coat the potatoes with the Lion Honey and Mustard Dressing, and bake for a further 20 minutes until they are golden and crisp.
