Quick Cajun and Tomato Prawn Linguini

- 6tbs Lion Cajun and Tomato Sauce
- 120g dried linguini
- 120g cooked prawns
- 1tbs Whirl butter alternative
- 1 finely chopped small onion
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 6 cherry tomatoes chopped
- 1 sliced red and green pepper
- 100g cream cheese
- 2tbs chopped parsley
Bring a large pan of salted water to a boil and cook the linguini for 2 minutes less than the pack instructions to ensure it is 'Al dente'. Drain, keeping a little of the cooking water for the sauce.
In a separate large skillet heat the Whirl butter alternative over medium heat. Sauté the onions and garlic for 4 minutes add the red and green peppers. Cook for a further 4 minutes and add the tomato halves and warm through.
Add the cooked linguini, cream cheese,Lion Cajun and Tomato Sauce and the prawns. Mix well, adding a little pasta liquid if required.
Serve with a garnish of chopped parsley.
