Mango & Lime Piri Piri Prawn Cocktail Jacket Potatoes

- 2tbs Lion Prawn Cocktail Sauce
- 2tbs Lion Mango & Lime Piri Piri Sauce
- 200g defrosted cold water prawns
- 2 freshly baked potatoes
- 2tbs Whirl butter alternative
Combine the Lion Prawn Cocktail sauce and the Lion Mango & Lime Piri Piri Sauce. Stir in the defrosted prawns.
Cut into the freshly baked jacket potato across both ways and squeeze gently at the base to open. Top with a tablespoon of Whirl butter alternative followed by the Piri Piri prawn cocktail.
