- 2tbs Original Whirl Butter Alternative
- 2tbs Lion Mint Sauce
- 3tbs Lion Vegan Mayo
- 2 little gem lettuce
- 60g sugar snap peas
- 6 baby sweetcorn
- 6 baby carrots
- 4tbs toasted sunflower seeds
- Fresh parsley or coriander leaves
Heat a griddle pan over medium to high heat.
Brush the vegetables with Original Whirl Butter Alternative
Place them in the griddle pan for a couple of minutes on each side.
Mix the Lion Mint Sauce together with the Lion Vegan Mayo.
Arrange the vegetables on a plate and sprinkle with toasted sunflower seeds.
Drizzle with the Lion Vegan Mayo and Lion Mint Sauce, mix and garnish with some chopped parsley or coriander leaves.
