Red Hummus & Caramelised Onion Toasty

- 2tsp Whirl Butter Alternative Salted
- 1 red onion sliced
- 2 slices sourdough bread (GF)
- 2tbs red hummus
- Lion Premium Vegan Mayo
- 2 slices vegan cheese
Heat the Whirl Butter Alternative in a frying pan and sauté the red onion gently to soften and caramelise. Season with a little salt and black pepper.
Spread the outer side of the sourdough bread with the Lion Premium Vegan Mayo.
Now spread the hummus on the other side of the sourdough top with the caramelised onion and cheese sandwich together.
Heat a griddle pan and toast each side of the sandwich till golden and crisp serve with some rocket or mixed salad leaves.
