Unsalted Whirl Mince & Apple Filo Pies

- 100g Unsalted Whirl
- 4tbs Lion Apple Sauce
- 6 sheets of filo pastry (wheat)
- 1 jar of mincemeat (Vegan)
- 1 orange zest and juice
- 2tbs cranberries
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Brush 2 muffin tins with Unsalted Whirl.
Place the mincemeat, cranberries, Lion Apple Sauce and orange zest in a bowl and mix well - add some orange juice to loosen slightly.
Place the filo pastry sheets on a damp cloth and brush the top one with Unsalted Whirl Butter Alternative.
Cut lengthways in half, then cut each length 3 times to give 8 squares. Place one square in the muffin tin and top with a second square slightly angled to give a star effect.
Place a spoonful of the mincemeat mix into the pastry tart. Repeat this until all the pastry is used up.
Pop in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until brown and crisp, allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tin and placing on a wire rack to cool completely.
Why not serve with some clotted cream.
