Lion Lion Blue Cheese Dressing with Danish Blue Cheese

Steak Canadian Caramelised Onion Mushroom Blue Cheese Sandwich Lion Blue Cheese
  • 4 tablespoons of Lion Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 2tbs Ghee-licious or Whirl butter alternative
  • 4 slices of sourdough bread
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 60g sliced mushrooms
  • 4 steak Canadians
  • 40g blue cheese
  1. Heat half the Ghee-licious in a frying pan and pan fry the sliced onions on medium heat for around 8-10 minutes till softened and caramelised set to one side.

  2. In a separate frying pan heat the remaining Ghee-licious and pan fry the mushrooms on medium to high till golden brown set to one side.

  3. Pan fry the steak for 1 minute on each side.

  4. Spread one side of each of the sourdough bread with the Lion Blue Cheese Dressing.

  5. Heat a griddle pan over medium to high heat place 2 of the slices of sourdough dressing side down on the griddle pan then top with the steak, onions, mushrooms and blue cheese finally top with the second slice of sourdough fry for about 3 minutes till crisp and brown flip and fry the second side for a further 2-3 minutes till crisp and brown.
