Roast Honey and Mustard Potatoes Lion Honey Mustard
  • 100g Honey and Mustard dressing plus extra for drizzling
  • 1.2kg potatoes peeled cut into quarters
  • 4tbs Whirl butter alternative
  • 2tbs fresh or dried rosemary
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  1. Place the potatoes in a pan of salted boiling water and simmer for 15 minutes. Drain and shake a little to break the outer edge of the potato.

  2. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 and heat the Whirl butter alternative in a baking tray.

  3. Put the potatoes in the hot Whirl and coat well. Season with rosemary, salt and pepper.

  4. Bake for around 20 minutes, then turn the potatoes. Bake for a further 20 minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven, coat the potatoes with the Lion Honey and Mustard Dressing, and bake for a further 20 minutes until they are golden and crisp.
