Quick Cajun and Tomato Prawn Linguini Lion Cajun Tomato
  • 6tbs Lion Cajun and Tomato Sauce
  • 120g dried linguini
  • 120g cooked prawns
  • 1tbs Whirl butter alternative
  • 1 finely chopped small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 6 cherry tomatoes chopped
  • 1 sliced red and green pepper
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 2tbs chopped parsley
  1. Bring a large pan of salted water to a boil and cook the linguini for 2 minutes less than the pack instructions to ensure it is 'Al dente'. Drain, keeping a little of the cooking water for the sauce.

  2. In a separate large skillet heat the Whirl butter alternative over medium heat. Sauté the onions and garlic for 4 minutes add the red and green peppers. Cook for a further 4 minutes and add the tomato halves and warm through.

  3. Add the cooked linguini, cream cheese,Lion Cajun and Tomato Sauce and the prawns. Mix well, adding a little pasta liquid if required.

  4. Serve with a garnish of chopped parsley.
