Lion Lemon & Herb Piri Piri Sauce

  • 4tbs Lion Lemon & Herb Piri Piri Sauce
  • 1tbs Original Whirl Butter Alternative
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tsp smoked ground paprika
  • 2tbs honey
  • Fresh chopped herbs to serve
  1. Dust both sides of the salmon fillets with the smoked ground paprika.

  2. Mix the Lion Lemon & Herb Piri Piri Sauce and ground paprika with the honey. Coat all sides of the salmon fillets.

  3. Heat the Original Whirl Butter Alternative over medium heat.

  4. Fry the coated salmon fillets for 2 minutes on each side turning gently so all 4 sides are seared.

  5. Place the salmon fillets on the serving plates and put the rest of the Lion Lemon & Herb Piri Piri Sauce and honey mixture into the frying pan and heat for 1-2 minutes before pouring it over the salmon.

  6. Serve with your choice of sides.
