  • 150g Lion Garlic Piri Piri Sauce
  • 2tbs Original Whirl Butter Alternative
  • 4 small sweet potatoes
  • 100g vegan feta (or regular feta cheese if desired)
  • Fresh chopped herbs to serve
Products Used:
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.

  2. Wash the potatoes and place them between 2 wooden spoon handles before slicing them to the wood mid-way, leaving the bottom unsliced.

  3. Brush them with the Original Whirl Butter Alternative brushing between each slice and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

  4. Remove from the oven and brush the potatoes with the Lion Garlic Piri Piri Sauce place back in the oven and bake for a further 20 minutes till the potatoes are soft and crisp.

  5. Place each potato on a plate drizzle with Lion Garlic Piri Piri Sauce and sprinkle with the feta style cheese and chopped herbs.
