- 500g Lion Korma Cooking Sauce
- 1 tbs Original Whirl Butter Alternative
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 150g basmati rice, cooked as per instructions
- Freshly chopped coriander to garnish
Heat the Original Whirl Butter Alternative in a frying pan over medium heat fry the chicken breast for a few minutes till slightly brown
Add the Lion Korma Cooking Sauce and allow to simmer for 8-10 minutes so the chicken is fully cooked
Serve with a sprinkle of fresh coriander and a side of rice and naan bread
