01 Cool oil to below 40°C prior to testing with Prep Sticks or filtering to avoid burns.


02 Bend knees when lifting containers of oil to avoid back strains.


03 Mop up spills to avoid slips.


04 Don’t overfill the fryer to avoid excessive foaming, overflow and burns.


05 Don’t overheat the fryer to avoid smoking, excessive foaming, overflow and burns.


06 Filter or drain into a sufficiently large stainless steel container or Prep packaging to avoid spills.


07 Replace smoking oil to avoid fires.
