This light-duty frying oil is perfect for frying a variety of foods once a week, or just chips more frequently. Fully liquid, Prep Multi is easy to keep, use and maintain. It is suitable for both gas and electric fryers.

How to choose the right oil

Prep Multi is made from rapeseed oil, which has a uniquely low content of saturated fatty acids, and a high content of monounsaturated fatty acids - which are thought to be good for you. It is also a rich source of omega 3, 6 and 9. Stable at high temperature, it's a great choice for light duty frying.
