01 Keep oil clean to produce quality fried food.


02 Avoid cooking in degraded oil to prevent dark, greasy and unappealing food.


03 Use Prep Sticks to tell when your oil needs changing. Cook in fresh oil for perfect results.


04 Fry at the correct temperatures. Too low = greasy. Too high = burnt.


05 Don’t overfill the basket to avoid lowering oil temperature and producing greasy food.


06 Shake breaded products away from the fryer to avoid crumbs tainting the oil.


07 Fry your products for the correct length of time to produce the best quality food.
