Tuno salad with garlic and herb crutons

- 4tbs Whirl Garlic & Herb
- 4tbs Lion Thousand Island Dressing
- 2 slices of sourdough bread cubed
- 2 tins of tuno
- 200g cherry tomatoes quartered
- ΒΌ cucumber diced
- 1 small tin sweetcorn, drained
- 1 red onion, finely sliced
- 4tbs chopped parsley
Mix together the sourdough cubes and the Whirl Garlic & Herb. Place in a frying pan over low to medium heat, tossing occasionally so as not to burn until brown and crisp.
Remove from the heat to cool.
In a large bowl mix the rest of the ingredients together.
Divide between 4 serving bowls and top with the crunchy croutons and a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
