  • 100g Lion Honey and mustard dressing plus extra for drizzling
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 80g mixed salad leaves
  • 2 baby cucumbers sliced
  • 10 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2tbs toasted flaked almonds
  1. Place the salmon fillets in a small sealable bag add the honey and mustard dressing coating well place in the fridge to marinade for at least 30 minutes I leave for about an hour.

  2. Line the grill rack with foil and grill the fillets on medium for around 5 minutes on each side depending on thickness.

  3. Arrange the salad leaves on a plate with the tomatoes and cucumbers top with the grilled salmon and sprinkle with the flaked almonds and finish with a drizzle of Lion Honey and Mustard Dressing.
