- 200g Pulled Jackfruit
- 1 Large Portobello mushroom
- 1 slice beef tomato
- 50g Caramelised Red Onions
- 1 Soft burger roll
- 4 tbsp. Lion Maple & Bourbon BBQ Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Lion Premium Vegan Mayo
In a bowl mix together the pulled jackfruit and Lion Maple & Bourbon Tennessee BBQ Sauce
Place in a pan and gently warm through
Grill the Portobello mushroom under a hot grill until cooked and tender
Toast the soft burger roll and assemble the burger
Place 1 tbsp. of Lion Premium Vegan Mayo on the crown of the toasted bun
Top with the lettuce leaf
On the heel of the toasted bun place the Maple & Bourbon BBQ Jackfruit, the grilled mushroom, slice of tomato and caramelised onions
Carefully lift the crown of the bun onto the heel and secure with a bamboo skewer before serving
