Mix the custard and milk together with the vanilla essence.
Place one Yorkshire pudding in a deep round baking dish. Top with a third of the berries then pour over a third of the custard mix and drizzle with the Lion Raspberry Decorating Coulis or the coulis of your choice.
Repeat this until all the ingredients are used, omitting the coulis which drizzled over the top after the bake.
Allow to stand for about 30 minutes before baking. Bake for 25-30 minutes till golden in colour and set but still a little wobbly in the middle.
Serve with a drizzle of the Lion Decorating coulis and some custard, cream or ice cream.
