Lion Mango & Lime Piri Piri Sauce

  • 1 cooked chicken breast
  • 2 spring onions
  • 375g ready rolled puff pastry
  • 50g Lion Mango & Lime Piri Piri Sauce
  1. Dice cooked chicken and mix in sliced spring onions and Lion Mango & Lime Piri Piri Sauce.

  2. Lay out pastry sheet on a floured surface.

    Using a 10cm round cutter, cut out 10 discs.

  3. Place a spoon of chicken mix in the centre, then fold over into a half moon shape.

  4. With a fork, press the edges to seal.

  5. Place on a greased baking tray and bake for 15min at 180°C.

  6. Serve with a pot of Lion Mango & Lime Piri Piri Sauce to dip, with lime wedges on the side.
