Ingredients
  • 2tbs Lion Prawn Cocktail Dressing
  • 2tbs Lion Lemon & Herb Piri Piri Sauce
  • 1 Tin of Tuna drained
  • 1/3 Diced Cucumber
  • 1 Diced Red Pepper
  • 1 Finely Diced Red Onion
  • 50g Sweetcorn
  • 60g Mixed Lettuce Leaves

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients together with the Lion Prawn Cocktail Dressing and Lemon & Herb Piri Piri Sauce, mix well and serve on a bed of mixed salad leaves.

    Would also work well in a sandwich or as a jacket potato topper.
