Green Lioness Bowl

- 2tbs Lion Mint Sauce
- 2tbs Lion French Dressing
- 60g baby spinach leaves
- 100g frozen petit pois
- 80g sprouting beans
- 50g orzo (wheat)
- 1 red onion finely sliced
- 100g toasted sunflower seeds
Cook the frozen peas for 1 minute in boiling water, then strain and cool in ice water immediately.
Cook the orzo for a minute less than the pack instructions so it is still a little al dente, and rinse in cold water to cool.
Place all the ingredients apart from the sunflower seeds in a large bowl add the Lion French Dressing.
Serve in a large bowl with the sprinkle of toasted sunflower seeds and a drizzle of Lion Mint Sauce.
