Warm Buffalo Cauliflower Dip

- 24oz. Riced cauliflower, cooked
- 1 1/2 c Mild cheddar, shredded
- 4oz Cream cheese
- 2oz Sour cream
- 1 c Lion Buffalo Sauce
Preheat oven to 350˚F degrees.
Spray half pan with pan release.
Combine all ingredients with half the cheese in a mixing bowl, stir until fully incorporated.
Transfer to pan and top with remaining cheese, cook for 15 min. or until heated through.
Garnish with scallions or chives.
Serve while hot with tortilla chips, crackers, pretzels, or vegetables.
For a heartier dish, replace cauliflower with cooked shrimp or chicken.
