Vegetarian Buffalo Tofu with Blue Cheese Dip

- 5 oz Tofu, cut into 1 inch chunks
- ½ c Flour
- 1 Egg, beaten
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 ¼ c Panko Breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp. Lion Buffalo Sauce
- ½ c Select Recipe or Garden Harvest Blue Cheese Dressing
- 4 oz Celery Sticks
Preheat the oven to 350˚ F
Season the tofu with salt and pepper.
Dredge tofu in flour, dip in egg to coat and cover in breadcrumbs.
In a large frying pan, heat enough oil to cover half way up the sides of the breaded tofu chunks.
Fry the breaded chunks on all sides, until golden.
Remove from the pan and drain on a paper towel.
Place on a baking tray and drizzle with Lion Buffalo Sauce.
Gently mix to evenly coat.
Bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes until the sauce becomes slightly thick.
Remove from the oven and serve with the blue cheese dip and celery sticks.
