Hickory BBQ Meatloaf

- 1 Lb lean ground beef
- 3/4 c panko bread crumbs
- 4 tbsp Lion Grill Blazin’ Hickory BBQ Sauce
- 1 tbsp brown mustard
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Pre-heat the oven to 350°F, line a sheet tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, lightly mix the ground beef, panko, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, mustard, 3 tbsp of the Lion Grill Blazin’ Hickory BBQ Sauce, salt and pepper.
Shape the mixture into an oblong loaf and place on the baking tray. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile in a small bowl combine the remaining Worcestershire sauce, Lion Grill Blazin’ Hickory BBQ Sauce and honey. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and brush with the mixture. Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven slice and serve with potato wedges and a tossed salad.
