Katsu Curry is a Japanese inspired favourite that’s grown in popularity recently. It’s made with coconut cream, and lightly flavoured with curry powder, five spice, peppers and turmeric for a sweet, tangy taste-sensation.

It’s hugely popular with breaded fried chicken, sticky rice and vegetables, but as our version is also suitable for vegans, there’s no end of dish variations available to you – from fried sweet potato, to breaded tofu and baked cauliflower.

Our Mexican-inspired tomato-based chilli con carne sauce has been made with red peppers, garlic, paprika, cumin and chilli powder for a delicious spicy kick.

You can simply add it to browned mince and serve with fluffy rice for a show-stopping chilli con carne made in minutes. And since it’s both vegan and gluten free, it delivers huge versatility, meaning you can cater for a range of different dietary needs with just one sauce.
